Roxane is a lifelong avid gardener, working professionally for over 7 years in ornamental landscaping with a special interest in herbs, edible flowers and plants. She graduated from Algonquin College in both Horticulture and Culinary Management. 

Fleurs Gourmandes: From Seed to Table, launched in 2007, is her innovative concept that marries both her passions, encompassing all aspects of growing, harvesting and preparing edibles for the table.

She lives life passionately, loves to laugh, read, run and enjoys the arts!
